MANDI BAHAUDDIN - Girls’ students of Rangers Public School and College outperformed boys in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examination 2012 Part-II of the Federal Board by grabbing all the top positions.

According to a press communiqué issued here by Principal Lt-Col (r) Maqsood Ahmed Rana, Muniba Shafique, daughter of Shafique Ahmed clinched the first position by securing 979 marks while Madiha Afzal, daughter of Muhammad Afzal got second position with 977 marks and third position went to Fatima Safdar, daughter of Irfan Safdar who secured 971 marks.
A total 62 students including boys and girls appeared in the exam of which 34 secured grade A1, 19 got Grade A, 6 passed with Grade B while 3 were placed under Grade C, thus overall pass result remained 100 percent. Six students obtained over 90% marks while 15 students secured marks above 900. The result was announced on June 28. The principal praised school faculty members for preparing students for board examinations and students for hard work for showing excellent results.
