ISLAMABAD   - Central PML-Q (LM) leader MNA Kashmala Tariq on Thursday thanked President Zardari for signing National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) Bill 2012 and said this would certainly help, protect and promote human rights in Pakistan. In a statement, she said the credit went to Parliamentarians Commission for Human Rights.
