MIRANSHAH  - The only source of imparting quality education to the tribal youth in North Waziristan Agency, Razmak Cadet College, is likely to be shifted from Razmak to Charsadda district, sources said on condition of anonymity. It was revealed that Razmak Cadet College in North Waziristan Agency would be shifted to Charsadda due to security reasons.
Political Agent and Principal of the college took no interest in the issue which also contributed to the shifting of the college from the Tribal Area considered by US as hub of the al Qaeda affiliated militants, the sources added. ‘SSC examination of the said cadet college students which are scheduled on March 14th will be held in Peshawar’, the sources said.
It is pertinent to mention here that Razmak Cadet College is situated on the border shared by South and North Waziristan Agency so building of the college had witnessed terror attacks in the past but shifting of the college on the pretext of security show inability of the law- enforcement agencies to secure the important institution.
On one hand, government is claiming to construct new colleges in South Waziristan Agency and on the other hand it was shifting the established institution from the tribal region which creates question marks on the claims of the government regarding development of the Tribal Areas.
