KARACHI  - Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House here on Tuesday and discussed situation in the country especially the law and order during the meeting.PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was also present during the meeting.The Prime Minister also briefed the President about the energy situation in the country and various measures being taken to overcome the energy shortages. Earlier in the day, private TV channels reported that President had summoned Prime Minister Ashraf and other PPP senior leaders to Karachi in what was described as an emergency call.According to the channels, the Prime Minister and other party leaders had been called in to discuss Dr Tahirul Qadri’s long march, prevailing political situation and politics of the coalition partners. But the handout issued after the meeting late night said nothing about the long march.
