Islamabad - Pakistani delegation headed by DG Pakistan Rangers Sindh comprising members from Pakistan Rangers, Survey of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior and ANF have reached India to attend bi-annual meeting with BSF India, scheduled from July 1st to 5th in New Delhi. Issues of mutual interest, measures to improve peace along international border and working boundary, repatriation of Pakistani fishermen, inadvertent crossers and Pakistani prisoners detained in Indian jails, illegal border crossing and hostile firing will be discussed. Officials of ANF will also discuss measures to check and control drugs smuggling and sharing of intelligence with their counterparts to curb the menace of drug trafficking. DG Sindh Rangers Maj Gen Rizwan Akhtar is heading the delegation while DG Punjab Rangers Maj Gen Mian Muhammad Hilal Hussain will accompany him.
