Seven members of a family including two infants and three women were killed over a second marriage dispute here in Mardan on Monday.

As per details, Sajjad Khan had married another woman a few months ago that infuriated his first wife.
The relatives of Sajjad’s first wife on Monday entered in his house and opened fire, killing seven persons including two infants and three women.
The deceased include Mehar Badshah s/o Ibrahim Gull, Uncle Haji Rasool, son Abdullah, wife Ayesha, Fiaz besides a 20 day old infant Haiba died.
The police have filed a case and arrested an accused while others managed to flee from the scene.
