SUKKUR - Sunni Tehrik took out a protest rally against the target killings of Jamaat leaders and workers in the province here on Saturday.
The protesters marched on different roads of the city and reached at Clock Tower where they staged protest demonstration and shouted slogans.
Speaking on the occasion, Moulana Mehboob Ali Sahito and other leaders of Sunni Tehrik said that the workers of Sunni Tehrik were being targeted in Karachi, adding that dozens of Sunni workers were being killed on daily basis but the Sindh government had failed to maintain law and order in Karachi.
They also condemned the attack on Sunni Tehrik rally in Mirpurkhas and said that the police and the administration had failed to arrest the culprits.
They demanded the government for taking action against the terrorists otherwise, they warned, they will stage sit in and protests throughout the province.
