ISLAMABAD : Supreme Court issued notices to Attorney General of Pakistan and Advocate General Sindh for Nov 8th in petition No 121 of 2012 wherein it was asked to declare Sindh Local Government Act 2012 as unconstitutional. According to a Press release, the petition was filed in-person by Zameer Hussain Ghumro under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution.
