10 militants killed in Khyber Agency operation

At least 10 militants were killed and several others were injured in an army operation launched early Monday morning in Khyber Agency area.

According to the media reports, troops backed by gunship helicopters pounded at least three houses suspected to be militants' hideouts in Tirah valley area of Khyber Agency.
This is the second military operation against militants in Tirah valley area of Khyber agency since last week. Early on May 29, four militants were killed and several others injured in bombardment on a militants' hide out in the same area.
