ISLAMABAD - The National Assembly and the Senate would resume their sittings at the Parliament House today (Monday) after a two-day break to take up debate on the Federal Budget for 2012-13.In view of the strong opposition to the budget from PML-N, the two houses are expected to witness noisy scenes as the opposition had vowed to continue its protests over loadshedding and non-implementation of Supreme Court verdicts.According to parliamentary traditions, leader of the opposition in the National Assembly is supposed to initiate the debate on the budget.Sources said that if Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan did not initiate the debate and the PML-N continued its protest, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman would be invited to start the debate in the National Assembly.
