QUETTA - The relatives of victims of Alamdar twin blasts have threatened that if their demands were not fulfilled within 72 hours they would stage sit-ins across the country.
Addressing a news conference at Imambargah Almadar Road on Sunday, the members of Shuhada Committee, included Nisar Ali, Liaquat Ali, Abbas Ali and Ali Akbar regretted that the numeration cheques given to the relatives of victims had been dishonoured. “The commitments made with Hazara community are yet to be honoured,” they said, adding, that action was not being taken against elements involved in the bombings. They demanded Shia organisations, including Quetta Yakjehti Council to take up this issue categorically with Governor Balochistan.
