Bad governance creating confusion among Baloch: CJ


LAHORE - Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said nobody was immune to terrorism after 9/11, reported a private TV channel late Wednesday.
“Abduction for ransom has become the hallmark of the day, leaving no hope for survival of common people,” he said while addressing inaugural ceremony of Supreme Court Bar Association Complex.
He lauded the Supreme Court Bar Association for its role in reinstatement of free judiciary in the country. About Balochistan situation, he said that the people of Balochistan were patriot, adding that the Balochs had respect for the national anthem.
He said that lack of good governance resulted in misunderstanding among different political groups who were playing into the hands of anti-states elements. He said that nobody should put hindrances and stumbling blocks in the way of justice that protect the state organs.
