Riaz not to appear before Suddle commission

ISLAMABAD - Malik Riaz Hussain of Bahria Town Wednesday would not appear before the commission headed by Shoib Suddle today (Thursday) as he has expressed his no confidence in the commission.

According to sources, Syed Zahid Husain Bokhari, legal counsel of Malik Riaz Hussain in a letter to Secretary of one-man commission, Ahmed Owais Pirzada Wednesday submitted reply to notice/stay of proceedings said the one man commission should not proceed further till decision of the review petition as his client has no confidence in the commission.
Bukhari, according to the sources in the two-page letter mentioned all the legal steps his client has taken the review petition.
