QUETTA - Balochistan High Court (BHC) has disqualified Provincial Minister for Industries and Parliamentary leader of Balochistan National Party (Awami) Syed Ehsan Shah over possession of fake BA degree.
The Division Bench headed by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal disqualified provincial Minister Syed Ehsan Shah, on Monday while hearing a petition submitted by National Party provincial President Dr Yaseen Baloch.
The petitioner requested the court that the BA degree of Syed Ehsan Shah who was elected member of Balochistan Assembly from PB-38 Kech-I was fake, thus he may be declared as disqualified.
After hearing the plea of petitioner regarding the fake degree of Balochistan Minister, BHC disqualified Syed Ehsan Shah.
