BAHAWALNAGAR - At least 20 people were injured when a speeding bus overturned here near Donga Bonga on Saturday.

According to details, a passenger bus LWN-9737 overturned in a bid to overtake another bus here. Resultantly 20 persons including women sustained injuries. Six of the injured who are stated to be critical were shifted to DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar. The driver managed to flee from the scene. However, the police impounded the bus.
Man guns down brother: A man killed his real brother over a minor dispute here in the limits of Mandi Sadiq Ganj Police on Saturday.
According to details, one Shakeel Ahmad R/o Mauza Madhani Wala shot his real brother Sharif dead after exchange of hot words over some minor issue. The police have registered a case.
It has been learnt that the accused had criminal background due to which the deceased used to admonish him frequently.
