Islamabad (inp) - President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday directed Federal Law Minister Farooq H Naek to finalise names to be proposed for the slot of caretaker prime minister. According to reports, the president, who is in the UK for a trilateral summit, contacted Naek over the phone, and asked him to finalise a list of proposed names by February 8.
Sources said Zardari told Naek to ask the coalition partners to give two names each for the caretaker prime minister and finalise the proposal.
