Arsalan case: no pressure will be tolerated, says Suddle

The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) Dr Shoaib Suddle, who has been appointed as one-man commission by the Supreme Court to investigate Malik Riaz Hussain’s allegations against Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry’s son Dr Arsalan, will accept the task as per the judicial order. “One has to work within the system,” he told Private TV on Wednesday. He was of the view that Under Article 190, Supreme Court can seek help from any institution. He further added that FIA and NAB must work in a manner that is fruitful to the aspirations of masses urging they must be impartial in this regard.
