ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf taking serious notice of continued loadshedding in the country has removed Federal Secretary Water and Power Zafar Mahmood.  Federal Secretary Cabinet Division Nargis Sethi has been given additional charge of Water and Power Ministry.  Zafar Mahmood has been directed to report to Establishment Division.
