SAHIWAL – District and Sessions Judge Mushtaq Ahmed Tarrar has said that the Bench and Bar are the two wheels of the judicial system and cordial relations between the two lay the foundation for the supremacy of law which is inevitable for the existence of society. He said that Bench and Bar should accommodate each other is ensure timely justice dispensation.  He was addressing a function held here to welcome the newly posted District and Sessions Judge. The function was presided over by Bar President Malik M Hussain Saghla. He said that abuse of power by both sides was fatal to justice. He called upon the judges as well as lawyers to work honestly within the ambit provided by the law. ADSJ Anwar Ahmed , Anti-Corruption Judge Sabir Sultan and SCJ M Nadeem Ansari also spoke on the occasion. They said that they would spare no effort in the dispensation of their obligations by remaining within their constitutional domain.They stressed that the cooperation of lawyers was must for the continuation of Judicial policy. They said they would uphold the prestigious role of the Bar.Speaking on the occasion, Bar President Malik Muhammad Hussain Saghla said that judges always speak through their judgments. He assured that Sahiwal Bar would extend full cooperation to all the judges.Earlier, Punjab Bar Council Member Mehr Qutubdin Tariq and former PBC member Abdul Mateen Ch addressed the function.
