Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) on Wednesday released fresh video of the abducted Vice Chancellor of University of Peshawar Dr Ajmal Khan. Dr Ajmal appealed for his recovery from Taliban in the video message. “I am asking the teachers and student unions to become active and play active role for my safe release from the custody of Taliban,” Ajmal Khan appealed. Dr Ajmal Khan stated in the video, “I am in custody of Taliban for 18 months and the government has refused to accept their demands”. He requested the government of Pakistan to do something for him.
