KARA CHI - MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain has said that the name of Dr Imran Farooq, the martyr of revolution, shall ever remain alive in the history of MQM. While talking to members of Rabitta Committee on Saturday, he paid rich tributes to Farooq and said his memory will never fade and his services for the movement will never be forgotten. He said that Dr Imran Farooq always struggled for the rights of the oppressed people ever since he was a student and sacrificed everything for this mission. He remained steadfast and constant in the face of extreme hardships and redeemed his pledge by sacrificing his life. The sacrifices rendered by Dr Imran Farooq will never be forgotten. He will remain alive in my heart and the hearts of workers and supporters of MQM forever and his blood will herald a revolution of the poor and middle class people in the country. I salute to the workers and the people on the way they have paid homage to their great leader, Altaf said. He prayed Allah Almighty to shower his blessings upon Dr Imran Farooq and to give patience and fortitude to the bereaved family.
