Denmark envoy, wife not allowed to take OBL compound snap

ISLA MABAD - Ambassador of Denmark to Pakistan Uffe Wolffhechel and his wife, who is currently visiting Pakistan, faced an unusual situation when they were reportedly prevented from capturing a picture of the compound used by the Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad on Tuesday. Informed sources told TheNation that the ambassador and his wife were prevented to take glimpse of the compound and were eventually handed over to Nawan Shehar police station for further investigation. According to police, the ambassador and his wife had no required travel documents. However, when contacted the sources in the Embassy clarified that both had proper travel documents and the Ambassador along with his wife was in fact on a family trip to Abbottabad to see historic places. The local police after thorough examination of their required travel documents allowed them to proceed to Islamabad.
