ISLAMABAD - Shoaib Suddle, one of the well reputed and efficient officer of police group country ever have, will formally start investigation into Malik Riaz-Dr Arsalan case from September 10th, on regular basis, sources close to him told TheNation on Thursday. “Although Dr Shoaib Suddle has already started collecting material about that particular case, however, he is expected to start investigation from Monday on regular basis,” an official source said. Dr Shoaib Suddle, known as ‘man of integrity’ among his colleagues and friends both has just returned from abroad this week. Complying with the orders of Supreme Court, which formed a new investigating commission to re-investigate Malik Riaz-Arsalan case, Dr Suddle is expected to take record of earlier investigation into the case on September 10th.The SC had instructed Dr Shoaib Suddle to investigate the matter within a month and report to Supreme Court in due time. Earlier, a Joint Investigation Team of NAB had been investigating the much hyped graft case. However, following Dr Arsalan’s objections, NAB Chairman had dissolved the team and decided to probe the matter himself but still Dr Arsalan insisted to change investigation team.The Supreme Court on August 30th, 2012, formulated an investigation team and appointed Dr Suddle as its head. The Supreme Court asked him to investigate the matter and report in 30 days.
