While addressing the audience at the concluded session, Pakistan Shariat Council General Secretary Maulana Zahidul Rashdi said the country was passing through a crucial phase and forces inimical to Pakistan were all the time waiting for an opportunity to strike at the foundations of the state particularly Qadiani Jamaat.
He expressed his deep concern that despite serious threats facing the nation the ruler showed complacency towards the lurking dangers. He claimed that foreign hands were involved in recent memogate scandal. Qadiani Ijaz Mansoor was trying to deflecting people attention against the Qadiani conspiracy. Quaid Ahrar Maulana Ataul Moahaman said that Qadiani had established secret link with the enemies of Pakistan and Islam. The government should take serious notice of their activities and removed them from all key post.
On the occasion, Prof Khalid Shabbir Ahmed demanded that Qadiani organisation should be declared unlawful and its literature forfeited. Maulana Saif Ullah Khalid said that anti-slam and anti-Pakistan forces could be countered only through unity. Maulana Aziaur Rehman Khurshed declared a war against anti-Islam and anti-Pakistan elements.
He said that Majlis would be fight on all fronts for the sovereignty of Pakistan. Maulana Zia Ullah Bukhari paid great tributes to Shuhuda Iraq. Maulana Ataul Mehman Bukhari, Abdul Latif Khalid Cheema, Syed Muhammad Kafeel Bukhari and Maulana Muhammad Mugera also addressed the participants.
Eid Miladun Nabi celebrated with great enthusiasm: Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) was celebrated with religious zeal and fervour in the Tehsil Pattoki. Various social, religious, literary and political organizations arranged different programmes to highlight the uncounted qualities of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Naat and speech competition among the students were also held in different educational institutions.
The traditional procession of Eid Miladun Nabi (SAWW) was started amid tight security from Jamia Masjid Menar-e-Raza. The participants of the procession marched on various roads including main bazaar and terminated peacefully. The city streets were decorated with banners bunting and welcome slogans. Sweets were distributed among people, hospitals and prisons on the occasion. Meanwhile, Ulema urged the nation to forge unity as taught by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to fight the present day challenges.
