Srinagar  - The Indian authorities have prevented Kashmiri leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s participation in the OIC leadership summit in Egyptian capital Cairo, reported Indian media. Even as there was no official word on denying travel documents to Mirwaiz, observers say that this is indicative of New Delhi’s modified behaviour towards the Kashmiri leader who led a team of his colleagues to Pakistan seven weeks ago.
