SC fixes petition of Dr Qadari on Feb 11

Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed the Constitution Petition filed by Dr. Tahir ul Qadari under Article 184(3) of the Constitution (challenging the appointment of Chief Election commissioner and four members of the Election Commission) for 11.02.2013 and issues notices to the respondents/ petitioners and the Attorney General for Pakistan.
