Fata students deserve incentives: Zardari

ISLAMABAD  - President Asif Ali Zardari Wednesday advised the government to increase seats for the Fata students in the medical and engineering universities and colleges of the country and also to regularise teachers working in Fata who have not yet been regularised and were on contract basis. The President said this during his meeting with Senator Abbas Khan Afridi, Minister of State for Commerce, who called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr and raised these issues.The President said that socio-economic development of the people of Fata was a priority for the government and all possible steps are being taken by the government for the welfare and uplift of the Fata people and bringing them into the mainstream of national life.
