One injured in Quetta blast

QUETTA - One person was injured in a bomb blast at Raisani Road, on Tuesday night. According to police, unidentified people had fitted explosives device with an electricity pylon at Raisani Road, near Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Aslam Raisani’s personal residence. Resultantly, one passerby identified as Sajid sustained injuries.“The blast damaged the electricity pole and smashed windowpanes of nearby buildings,” a police official said, adding, that 3 to 4 kilograms explosives were used in the blast.Police and other law-enforcement agencies rushed to the site and cordoned off the area.No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
