ISLAMABAD - Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Ms Hina Rabbani Khar called on Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Asharf at Prime Minister House Friday afternoon.The Minister briefed the Prime Minister on initiatives taken for improvement in foreign relations, especially with the regional countries, including India.The Prime Minister said that Pakistan is an important and responsible member of the world community and aspires to have friendly relations with all countries on the basis of parity. We are a peace-loving nation and have rendered countless sacrifices to defeat the forces of ignorance and extremism.“The world must acknowledge our resolve and frontline role in the war against terrorism,” emphasized the Premier. The Prime Minister directed the Minister for Foreign Affairs to highlight the achievements of the democratic government.
