At least three persons died and nine others injured in a traffic accident here in Gujar Khan on Saturday.

According to police and rescue sources, the accident occurred at G.T Road when a speedy truck collided with a trailer.
As per details, the tractor trolley was on its way towards Rawalpindi, when a speeding truck coming from behind rammed into the tractor trolley, killing three labourers on board and nine others were injured.
The truck driver managed to escape after the incident, whereas, the injured were shifted to District Headquarter Hospital.
The injured persons included Zain, Sunny, Waheed, Waseem, Naveed Qasim, Zaheer and Ali.
Further investigations into the incident have been started.
