ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court will resume hearing of controversial Memogate case against former ambassador of Pakistan to the US Hussain Haqqani on Monday.

The interior secretary was also asked to talk to Haqqani regarding his arrival to Pakistan, his residence and his security concerns, and to hold talks with the government and law enforcement agencies on the matter.
The case was brought to light by Mansoor Ijaz, a US citizen of Pakistani origin, who accused Haqqani of writing a memo to the former US army chief Admiral Mike Mullen seeking US help against a possible military coup in Pakistan.
The bench hearing the case includes Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed and Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed.
