OKARA - State Minister of Information and Broadcasting Samsam Bokhari on Sunday termed the Badami Bagh incident as a failure of the Punjab government and its law enforcement agencies.

Talking to media men here, Samsam said that the provincial government had failed to protect people of the minority. The Federal government will take immediate steps for the rehabilitation of the affected people,” he claimed.
To a question, he said that the credit went to President Asif Ali Zardari for the completion of constitutional tenure of the democratic government despite all conspiracies. He pointed out that the Pakistan People’s Party leadership had rendered unprecedented sacrifices for democracy.
