Court orders judicial probe

DERA GHAZI KHAN - A court on Tuesday ordered a judicial probe into the case of alleged gang rape of five girls at Fort Munro.

DG Khan DCO Iftikhar Ali submitted a petition to the court for a judicial inquiry. The judge ordered the authorities to investigate the case under of Civil Judge Muzahar Mehar.
In the previous hearing, the court sent the girls to Darul Aman on the request of Border Military Police (BMP). Their relatives appealed to the court to hand over the girls to them while the court had issued directives to produce the girls before it and ordered making identification of their heirs. On the other hand, the arrested accused were being grilled while other two have not been arrested so far.
