Noor Foundation gives 21 dialysis units

FEROZWALA - The Noor Foundation U.K has established 21 Dialysis units in different cities of the country to facilitate kidney patients including Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Khushab, Mardan, Hafizabad, Kotli, Mir Pur Khas, New Karachi, Korangi Karachi and others.

In these Dylasis centers more than one lac patients will be treated annually. This was stated by Chairman Noor Foundation U.K Al-Haj Dr. Shafique Ahmed Naqashbandi while talking to media persons at Dylasis Center Sheikhupura located at DHQ hospital on Monday Dr. Shafique revealed that kidney failure was rapidly increasing in the entire world and Pakistan was also in its grip. The Noor Foundation U.K has made it its task to create awareness among general masses about preventive measures to control kidney failure. Dr Shafique added that one kidney failure in a family can destroy the whole family, the cost is a killer in itself. He said dialysis system in Pakistan was better than the system of United Kingdom.
A jewelers shop robbed: A jewelers shop in Morekhunda district Nankana was looted and on resistance the owner was shot at and he sustained bullet injuries in broad day light here on Monday.
According to details three unidentified armed dacoits barged into a jewelry shop in Sarafa bazaar. The intruders held the shop keepers at gun point and then escaped after collecting 35to 50 tolas gold.
While Rs200,000 in cash and prize bonds worth 125000 were also taken away.
