Man deprived of Rs 320,000 at gunpoint

ISLAMABAD – In yet another daylight robbery, some unidentified robbers looted a citizen in busy Jinnah Supermarket and deprived him of Rs 320,000 and mobile phone.
On Tuesday, M Hassan was looted in front of Standard Charted Bank. Police said that after withdrawing cash from bank, when Hassan was about to ignite engine of his car, two motorcyclists held him hostage at gunpoint.
They looted Rs 320,000 cash, mobile phone and key from him.
Hassan, a worker of telecom company, lodged application with Kohsar Police Station. SHO Kohsar said that his team has started investigation into the case.
It is relevant to note here that robbers and dacoits are in looting spree in the city, particularly, during the last 10 days, they targeted many house located in posh sector and deprived citizens of their valuable worth million of rupees.
