SADIQABAD - Thousands of PPP activists from Sadiqabad participated in the public rally held at Kamon Shaheed area on the Sindh-Punjab Border.

The PPP leaders have claimed that it was a historic public meeting. The National Highway from Sukkur to Kamon Shaheed was closed for heavy traffic due to expected participation of a large people in the public meeting. The traffic was diverted to alternative routes.
The leaders and activists from Bhong, Rahim Yar Khan Kot Sanjar Khan, Chowk Mahi, Sanjarpur, Ahmadpur, Roshan Bhait, Muhammad Pur, Bangla Manthar, and Sadiqabad city reached the Bypass Sadiqabad. The rallies were led by PPP local leaders Rana Nadim Afzal, Syed Abul Kalam, Majeed Baloch, Arshad Javed, Zafar Iqbal, Mehmoodul Hassan, Habibur Rehman, Hameedullah Sheikh, Noor Ilahi, Abdul Salam, Afzal Chohan, Hafiz Riaz, Haji Mushtaq, Raees M Baksh and M Akram, Mehmood Nawaz. The main rally was led by MPA Javed Akbar and Raees Muhammad Din reached the venue of the public gathering. The local leadership made arrangements to make the public meeting a succes.
