Gilani cancels Multan tour amid security threat

Former Prime Minsiter Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has cancelled his visit to Multan following explosions in the area.

However, according to the latest details, his son Abdul Qadir Gilani will now address the rally.
A bomb weighing one kilogramme was recovered near the rally point of former Prime Minsiter Gilani where he was scheduled to address Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) workers in Nagshah area of Multan on Sunday.
The bomb disposal squad defused the homemade bomb recovered from a carton of mangoes early this morning.
