MULTAN - The activists of PML-N Multan City Tehsil staged a protest followed by a demonstration against loadshedding, corruption and price hike here at Chowk BCG on Thursday.

A large number of workers joined the camp and carried out full throated sloganeering against the federal government. They were also holding placards and banners inscribed with slogans against president, prime minister and federal government. The camp was led by PML-N City President Rana Shahidul Hassan, tehsil vice president Hamza Shahid Lodhi and Malik Anwar Ali.
Talking to the journalists on the occasion, Nawaz League leaders said that despite claims made by federal minister for water and power, the loadshedding further intensified in the country.
They added that the last four years were the most corrupt era of Pakistan’s history as corruption worth Rs8,500 billion was committed during this period. They said that president Zardari broke all records of corruption and defamed Pakistan on international level.
