islamabad : Interior Minister Rehman Malik, while taking notice of the fire incident in Blue Area, has sought preliminary report from the District Magistrate Islamabad. The minister appreciated the performance of the rescue and fire brigade departments for timely controlling the fire. The incident raised quite an alarm since the nation is already reeling from the shocking fire in a Karachi factory that claimed nearly 300 lives.
