Senior leader of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and federal minister for Religious Affairs Syed Khurshid Shah has revealed that the caretaker setup will be announced within a week.

"They were already issued show cause notices," Shah explained.
Replying a question the PPP leader said that withdrawal of cases against someone not a rare incident; it also happened in the past.
