Laho re - DG LDA has made Tepa chief engineer Chaudhry Younis as OSD and appointed a junior grade-18 deputy director Saifur Rehman in his place. Ch Younis is the senior most LDA engineer while Saif who is on No 9 in seniority list has been given responsibility of Tepa cief engineer. Earlier, Saif had been working as director in 'own pay scale. According to reliable sources, Younis has been made OSD for talking about payment of Rs 230 million as third party valuation in Masers Al-Imam enterprise as consultant. Director General LDA had given contracts to Maser al-Imam without inviting any bid from Chief Minister discretionary funds by declaring it world fame holder firm. Maser Al-Imam was given initial contract of Guberg area Urban Regeneration and preparing plan for traffic planning.
