PESHAWAR - An alleged suicide bomber was killed when reportedly a hand grenade suddenly exploded on Saturday in Kohat district.

Police said an alleged suicide bomber was killed after reportedly some explosives and a hand grenade exploded in a house at Dodha village. They added the appearance suggested that the bomber, around 25-year-old, was either from Fata or Afghanistan. Locals said they had him at a mosque and he had told the locals that he was a poor person and they should help him, adding that the alleged bomber introduced himself as Ayub.
An official of the bomb disposal squad Akbar Khan said the bomber also carried some explosives, Later, the body of the alleged bomber was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Kohat, while police launched investigation into the incident.–Reporter
