ISLAMABAD - Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar will visit the US from September 18-22, said a statement issued by Foreign Office here on Saturday.

According to a statement, the Foreign Minister will later proceed to New York to join the delegation led by President Asif Ali Zardari to participate in the UN General Assembly session.
In the Washington leg of her visit‚ the Foreign Minister will hold bilateral meetings with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton‚ National Security Advisor Tom Donilon‚ US Trade Representative Ambassador Ron Kirk and other senior officials.
She will also interact with several important Representatives of the US Congress‚ academics and think-tanks. She will speak at the Council on Foreign Relations‚ SAIS and Asia Society in New York.
