NEW DELHI - Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday said his heart goes out to the families of the victims of the deadly factory fires that killed hundreds of people in Pakistan. Singh expressed his sorrow in a letter of condolence written to Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf. “I was deeply saddened to learn of the loss of lives in the fire accidents in Karachi and Lahore on Tuesday last.
