Pakistan Ambassador to the United States Sherry Rehman has said that Pakistani-Americans are uniquely placed to help advance Pakistan-US relationship by fostering mutual understanding and strengthening trade.

Talking to a group of leading members of Houston based diaspora through video conferencing she said Pakistan seeks expanded trade and not aid. She said “we have been successful in getting preferential trade access to the European Union.”
