Taking notice of prolonged loadshedding and power riots across the country, especially in Punjab, President Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday ordered federal minister for petroleum to immediately supply gas to power houses to resolve energy crisis.

Sources said that federal government would block gas supply to fertilizers companies. After the blockade of gas to fertilizer sector, it is expected that fifty percent energy crisis issue would be resolved.
