Four members of same family killed over old enmity

At least four persons of a family were shot dead over old enmity due to matrimonial dispute in Kot DG area here in Khairpur on Saturday.

According to police sources, the victims including Panbhal Lashari, Qarban Lashari, Mehboob Lashari and an eight years old boy Imam Lashari were going to Goth Mithal after shopping for Eid when some motorcyclists opened fire at them, killing all of them on the spot.
The assailants managed to flee from the scene, police sources said and added that police started investigation and search operation for hunting the culprits.
Police sources said that the incident was the result of old enmity because two families of Lashari tribes quarrelled on marriage dispute which turned violent.
