JI stresses grand Opp to ensure fair elections

BAHAWALPUR - Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab Ameer Dr Syed Waseem Akhtar said that a grand alliance was need of hour to force the government to prepare transparent voter lists and conduct fair elections.

“If opposition parties do not unite, the country can face irreparable loss. Inferiority complex is increasing among people and problems are getting complicated day by day due to negligence of the government,” he said “Pakistan’s freedom and sovereignty compromised for a few dollars. Restoration of Nato supply hurt the feelings of 180 million people. Political and army leadership should keep in mind that the country is the first priority. Army operation in any part of the Pakistan will not be tolerated.”
He said that RAW, CIA, MOSAD and 20 other secret agencies are working to worsen the situation in Balochistan while the Law-enforcement agencies of Pakistan had failed to maintain peace.
“Balochistan is on the brink of destruction therefore the leaders should give Baloch community their rights. The government attitude on drone attacks is cowardly and shameful. Pakistan needs brave and loyal leadership. Pakistan is rich in minerals and naturals deposits. Failure of corrupt government is not the failure of democracy. Nation will refuse to vote for these present leaders in the coming elections,” he concluded.
