QUETTA - At least eight people were killed and two others wounded in separate incidents of violence in different towns of Balochistan on Tuesday.According to Levies Force, unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate firing in Mastung within the limits of Levies Thana Wali Khan. Resultantly, two people identified as Syed Ghulam Hussain Shah and Noor Muhammad who were sitting outside a shop received critical wounds and died immediately. A Levies personnel namely Amanullah also suffered serious wounds. Levies Force personnel moved the dead and the injured to District Headquarter Hospital. The injured was later moved to Quetta for further treatment. Motive behind the killing is said to be enmity. In another incident, a person was killed in Turbat town of Kech district. The deceased was identified as Javed Iqbal, a resident of Hyderabad, Sindh. Meanwhile, Mir Khan Magsi was killed in Jhal Magsi after an armed clash broke up between two tribal groups.Armed men shot dead a person Muhammad Ashraf Sanari in Kalat with sophisticated weapons and fled from the scene after committing the crime. Levies sources said that motive behind murder could be old enmity.In another incident, Manzoor Ahmed and Saadullah were riding a motorbike in Naseerbad area within the limits of Mir Hassan Police Station when armed bandits intercepted them. Bandits opened firing when they offered resistance. As a result, they sustained serious wounds and were being moved to hospital when Manzoor succumbed to his injuries. A man identified as Sadam Jamot was killed in Karkh area of Khuzdar district. He was busy in irrigating his agricultural farm when he was attacked by an armed man.In Dera Bugti, personnel of Frontier Corps and Aman Peace Force carried out a joint raid in Sui area to recover a kidnapped man. Seeing FC, the accused allegedly opened firing which was retaliated that resulted in death of one accused while another was arrested. Sources said that FC personnel also recovered arms from the passion of arrest man. Meanwhile, a man was gunned down in Killi Bangulzai area of Sariab Road in the provincial capital. The body was shifted to the Civil Hospital where he was identified as Abdullah.
