ISLAMABAD - President PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has demanded an investigation commission to probe the Arsalan scandal.
In his recent statement, he criticised certain elements for giving the impression that there was a face-off between Riaz Malik and Supreme Court.
“If Riaz Malik has given proofs against a person, that does not mean it was government’s conspiracy against Supreme Court,” he opined, adding, the perception of associating any case with government in Supreme Court should also be eschewed.
Shujaat demanded setting up of a commission to ascertain the facts. He said no sane and prudent mind could think of stigmatising the Supreme Court through the issue.
